
Welcome. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Manhattan, New York. I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to clarify their values and learn individualized skills to meet their goals and make lasting changes. You will experience a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, eating disorders, disruptive behavior, and emotion dysregulation. I have expertise in a number of treatment approaches, including exposure and response prevention, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, family-based treatment for eating disorders, treatment for selective mutism, and Parent Management Training.
I am currently an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where I direct the Clinic for Overcoming Anxiety in Adolescents and in CHildren (COAACH) and co-direct the Adolescent Dialectical Behavior Therapy program. I am a Clinical Supervisor at Rutgers University. Additionally, I serve as the Chair of the OCD Special Interest Group of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America.
